The Short Version

Nightingale Health is a wound care management system. You pay, we provide the service. You own your data. Don't do illegal things with it. That's basically it.

The Service

Nightingale Health provides:

• Patient and case management
• Wound assessment documentation
• Billing and invoicing tools
• Medical aid claim submission (coming April 2025)

Pricing & Payment

• Installation fee: R1,499 once-off
• Monthly subscription: R899/month (1 user included)
• Additional users: R99/user/month
• Storage: R299/month per 500 patients after first 500

We'll notify you of price changes 30 days in advance.

Getting Started

New practices are onboarded with a guided demo. Book a demo and we'll set you up.

Your Data

• You own all data you put into the system
• Your data is stored in an isolated database (other practices cannot access it)
• You can export your data at any time
• We don't sell or share your data with anyone except as needed to provide the service

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the system lawfully and ethically
• Maintain appropriate patient consent for storing their information
• Don't try to hack, overload, or abuse the system

Cancellation

• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted

Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee 100% availability. We'll do our best to notify you of planned maintenance. We're not liable for losses due to downtime.

Limitation of Liability

Nightingale Health is a tool to help manage your practice. Clinical decisions remain your responsibility. We're not liable for clinical outcomes, misdiagnosis, or treatment decisions made using the system.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll email you about significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
